AUSTRALIAN women’s love affair with fashion is turning Adelaide small business One Night Stand Boutique into a big success.
In 2012 owner Natalia Delele, now 27, started her clothing-for-rent service with just 30 dresses.
Today her Pulteney St premises stocks “at least” 500, which she and her three staff hire across the country.
Popular with mums dressing teenagers, ONS Boutique hires about 150 dresses each week, but that number rises to 250 during October-November ― school graduation peak season.
The business, which will open a Melbourne branch next month, also caters to women with busy social calendars who don’t want to get caught out wearing the same thing twice, but cannot justify buying a new outfit for every occasion.
“Our clients include one of the state's leading business women, WAGs and women living as far away as far north Queensland who don’t have any fashion shops near them," Ms Delele said.
